Desperate Measures by Jo Bannister
When Gabriel Ash's wife and children were kidnapped four years ago from Somali pirates, his life goes out of control. He left his job, moved to a small town left with one of the many few he trusts-his dog Patience. He is left feeling furious, confused and desperate for answers. Thanks to his young police officer friend Hazel Best, he is eagerly in search for answers and justice. Together they risk their lives and spend hours upon hours to find the lives taken from them.
This book shows how much sacrifices people do just for the people they love. And for those looking for answers, they are willing to go to Desperate Measures.
I recommend this book to you if you like mysteries and enjoy action and thrill. This is a book you won't want to put down for as the truth slowly unfolds, Jo Bannister's writing is very entertaining to read.
